Listed below are all of the *potential* services that you could hire Kairos Retreat Services to perform.
Please keep in mind that each package is customized for the needs of each individual business and event; which means that not all of these services may be required or appropriate for your goals.

Back End Support
• Location selection, communication with property owner {location cost NOT incldued]
• Theme building and intention setting for event, with itinerary preparation
• Excursion planning, set up, and booking (with transportation)
• Database construction - a place to gather client's contact information, transportation information, emergency contact, payment plan agreement, etc
• Pre-Event Email Sequence - preparation, itinerary distribution, packing lists, etc
• Post-Event Email Sequence - gather feedback and thank everyone for attending!
Client Management
• Creation of attendee group message either through social media (FB) or Whatsapp
• Management of attendee group message - available to answer all questions
• Distribution and tracking of contracts, itineraries, emails, etc
• Transportation to/from event center
• Gift bag organization
Our number one priority is making each and every guest feel heard, seen, and celebrated for choosing themselves and taking the opportunity to attend your event!
We know that sometimes going on a retreat can be financially, emotionally, and/or socially difficult and that each individual is going to need a different level of support, encouragement, and appreciation.
Our dedication is to deeply understand each person and their needs so that we can anticipate the ways in which we can elevate their experience and leave them feeling truly taken care of.
In-Person Services
• Director of Operations - this will typically be Ash, herself! The Director is in charge of sticking to the itinerary, putting out all of the fires, and managing the other team members so that we all run seamlessly in the background... Leaving you to do YOUR thing and stay in your zone of genius.
• Kitchen Staff - Need a professional chef that can cultivate mind-blowing, nutritious meals? We got you! Our team members are knowledgeable in farm-to-table methods, sustainable practices, and creating meals that range from hearty and filling to light and fresh.
• Cleaning Staff - Never pick up a single dish or take our a single bag of trash! Our cleaning staff will take care of everything. We'll even reset the guest rooms each and every day (bed made, towels washed, aka the luxury package ♥)
YOUR job is to be the host - whether that means you're a yoga teacher, energy worker, sound healer, or any matter of health & wellness professional. OUR job is to allow you to remain in that zone the entire time! That means that even you will need a little direction... to make sure you're on time when you need to be, prepared for everything, and even able to rest, relax, and enjoy as much as possible.
• On-Site Photographer - every event is an opportunity for you to get new and fresh marketing materials! Make sure to capitalize on your chance to get high-quality photos and videos to use for future retreats
• Special Gift for ALL Attendees - this one is our little secret ♥ if you choose the bonus package, we'll make sure each person (including YOU) gets a token of our appreciation to remember the event forever and always!
• Closing Group Party - decorations, desserts, dancing, and more!! What better way is there to end a life-changing experience with all of our new friends??
